SF Event Space
Host your next San Francisco event in our newly renovated Chinatown space. Our building now features a modern, flexible venue available for rental, with a small kitchen, bathroom, open gathering area and a separate room for office use or small-group activities.
With fresh updates and a welcoming atmosphere, the space is ideal for meetings, workshops, receptions and community events of about 40 people. Catering is also available.

All catering is served buffet-style unless server(s) have been added to the booking. If servers have been added, the food can be served as sit-down, butler, or attended-buffet style.Drinks can be provided for a fee upon request.

Payments & Insurance
For events within 30 days from the date of the Agreement, payment in full is required with the return of this Agreement.
A deposit of 50% is required for events with dates more than 30 days, with the balance of the total payment due 30 days prior to the event.
A non-refundable fee of 50% of the assessed fee is required should cancellation occur 7 days or less prior to the scheduled event date.

All corporate and nonprofit renters must provide a Certificate of Additionally Insured listing CCSC as additionally insured for $1,000,000 general liability insurance.
