Looking to build confidence and skills in the digital world? This free program (The DIALUP Project) helps participants improve their computer and internet use, navigate online resources safely and develop practical digital skills. Along the way, participants practice using digital tools, troubleshoot technology challenges and gain hands-on experience applying what they learn in real-world settings. 

 

Youth

Interested in making a difference in your community? This free program invites youth ages 15–24 (Chinese fluency preferred) to become digital literacy mentors and support families in navigating the online world. Participants will complete 8 hours of training then lead community mentoring sessions from August 2025 to May 2026. Along the way, mentors will build valuable skills in computer and internet use, public speaking and leadership, all while receiving professional mentorship and career development support.
