Associate Director

Cecilia Liang, Associate Director. Cecilia started as an accountant at CCSC more than 18 years ago, she had transitioned to different roles within the organization.  She was promoted to  managing programs because of her interest in culinary, and later promoted to associate director as she was entrusted with increased responsibilities within the organization.

She was capable of managing and operating various programs to achieve their goals and compiled to strict financial regulations for all WOIA Federal, State, City grants and private foundations. During her three years as Interim ED, she was able to manage the teams to continue meeting goals while fostering strong relationships with employers.

She graduated from the Guangzhou Institute of Education and one-year extension in the Southern China Normal University and studied financial management at City College of San Francisco. She is bilingual and biliterate in Chinese.
