Happy Lunar New Year

As we move into February and prepare to welcome the 2026 Lunar New Year, we are feeling grateful and energized! Lunar New Year is a time to gather with family, honor our traditions and welcome health, prosperity and good fortune. As we look ahead, we remain committed to supporting communities across San Francisco through workforce training, youth programs and community-based services that create opportunity and stability for local families.

Digital Literacy Training

Project Dialup youth seniors digital literacy training in SF with CCSC & ASIAN Inc.

We are currently in the middle of our DIALUP Digital Literacy Mentorship Program in partnership with ASIAN, Inc., where youth participants are building the skills they need to support others with everyday technology. Through hands-on training, students are learning how to confidently teach basic digital skills and prepare to serve seniors and community members across San Francisco. We love to see these smiling faces!

Support PK-5 Tutoring's GoFundMe!

donate to CCSC's summer camp for PK-5 youth often from immigrant families

CCSC’s PK–5 Tutoring Program supports low-income and immigrant children in SF with bilingual tutoring. Our youth admin team, who are a team of passionate high school students looking to make an impact in youth literacy have put together this fundraiser for our tutoring program. There is a significant need for this program in San Francisco; less than one-third of third grade English learners are reading at grade level (The Frisc, March 2023). Every $500 funds a full year of support for a student like Adam, an ESL learner who gained confidence and found his voice through the program. Read more about him and donate here.

Family in Transition (FIT)

Through monthly workshops and volunteer opportunities, participants build confidence, explore different cultures and strengthen their college and career readiness. The program supports students in developing a stronger sense of identity and connection to their community.
