CCSC 29th Annual Fundraising Banquet

CCSC is a 501c (3), non-profit organization which has been serving the Asian American low-income immigrant community for more than 28 years.  Our goal is to empower the less fortunate by providing educational tools that will enable them to develop basic skills and competency to become responsible and productive citizens and improve their quality of life.

Charity Cultural Services Center (CCSC) cordially invites you and your organization to be a sponsor of our 29th Annual Fundraising Banquet.  The banquet will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2011 at the Far East Café, 631 Grant Avenue, San Francisco.   Dinner tickets are $125 per person and $1,250 per table. Any amount of donation and gifts are appreciated and tax deductible to the extent of the law.

博愛文化服務中心慈善餐會邀請函

敬啟者：

博愛文化服務中心創辦至今已有二十九年，所開設之職業訓練班及各種服務項目，均能因應新移民、低收入家庭及失業人士之需求。

本中心為社區提供之服務計劃有：中餐廚師訓練班、西餐廚師訓練班、調酒侍應班、與市府合辦之建築班，及與木工工會合辦之木工班等，績效卓著，得到政府有關當局讚賞。本中心悉心照料之「高中生課業輔導計劃」，幫助新移民子弟，按時補習，給予輔導，讓新移民高中生能趕上學校現有的程度，為升讀大學舖上坦途。上述所有服務，均為免費。

由于美國經濟下滑﹐近年﹐本中心從政府獲得的資助大幅減少﹐特別是餐飲業訓練班及高中課業輔導班。雖然如此﹐博愛能在逆境中繼續堅持保留各項服務﹐以滿足目前社區對培訓再就業服務的迫切需求﹐此乃社會各界一向之厚愛支持所賜。因此﹐本年度中心的籌款活動尤為至關重要﹐希望繼續得到您的鼎力相助。使我們中心同人能繼續秉持「真情奉獻，情滿博愛」的精神，繼續為僑胞服務。
